Refund Policy

At Refined Faces Clinic, we value your time and appreciate that you value ours. To provide the best possible service and ensure appointments are available to all clients, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.
Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
This booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

More than 24 hours’ notice: Your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: Your booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

Failure to attend your appointment (No Show): Your booking fee will be retained, and a new booking fee will be required before another appointment can be made.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your appointment cannot be completed safely within the remaining time, it may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Appointments that require rescheduling due to late arrival may result in the loss of your booking fee.
Treatment Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and prescription-only medicines, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments or products purchased.
Results vary from person to person, and no treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and provide appropriate aftercare or review.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments
Anti-wrinkle treatments involve prescription-only medication, which is ordered and prescribed specifically for you following consultation with our independent prescriber.
Once your prescription has been approved and medication has been ordered, booking fees are non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with treatment.
A complimentary review appointment is offered approximately 2 weeks after treatment to assess your results and determine whether any adjustments are clinically appropriate.
Medical Suitability
All treatments are subject to a consultation and medical assessment.
If, following assessment, it is determined that treatment is not appropriate or safe to carry out, the cost of the treatment will not be charged. However, any consultation or prescribing fees already incurred may still apply where relevant.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies can happen. Exceptional circumstances will be considered at the discretion of Refined Faces Clinic.
