Refined Faces Clinic is a nurse-led aesthetics clinic providing non-surgical aesthetic and skin treatments. All treatments are carried out by a registered healthcare professional and are subject to consultation and clinical assessment.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, email or social media.
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Consultation and Medical Assessment
All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form before treatment.
Treatments are only carried out if they are considered safe and clinically appropriate.
Refined Faces Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed unsuitable or not in the client’s best interests.
Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive aesthetic treatments.
Proof of age may be requested.
Consent
Before treatment, you will be asked to provide informed consent.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all medical information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications or allergies may affect your suitability for treatment.
Treatment Results
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, individual results vary depending on factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, healing response and aftercare.
No specific result or outcome can be guaranteed.
Aftercare
Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided by Refined Faces Clinic.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results and increase the risk of complications.
Refined Faces Clinic cannot accept responsibility for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
Anti-Wrinkle Treatments
Anti-wrinkle treatments involve prescription-only medication and require assessment by an independent prescriber before treatment can take place.
A prescription does not guarantee treatment if clinical circumstances change.
A review appointment may be offered approximately two weeks after treatment where clinically appropriate.
Payments
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
This may result in the loss of the booking fee.
Photographs
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment to monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Photographs will only be used for marketing or social media purposes with your separate written consent.
You may withdraw your consent for marketing use at any time.
Liability
Refined Faces Clinic accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by the client.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
